For the business to achieve and realize all of our entrepreneurs' goals, we have an ongoing consultative process to identify their needs. A team of experts à then coordinated to address each issue holistically. The following are some "must-do" steps that our Consulting Firm will take to assist the investor before starting to work together
01. FIRST MEETING
As soon as an entrepreneur approaches us to seek investment, our advisors conduct a "Discovery Meeting" with them. The purpose of the meeting is for the entrepreneur to present their ideas and for the advisor to assess the following:
Feasibility of the project/idea
Development potential
Present financial condition
Vision and Objectives
Mission
Additionally, this meeting provides entrepreneurs with an ​opportunity to become acquainted with us and our capabilities. All our entrepreneurs are advised to come prepared with any questions they may have.
02. ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING
Advisors will provide entrepreneurs with their views on the plan or idea during this meeting. Furthermore, we will provide them with the necessary conditions and pre-requisites in order to invest in their business and to achieve their vision.
03. MUTUAL COMMITMENT MEETING
Our advisors and entrepreneur get the chance to determine whether they are a good fit during the mutual commitment meeting. If they do, the relationship between the advisor and the client would be committed. The client will either be accepted by the advisor at the end of this meeting, or the advisor will point the client in the right direction.
04. TEAM MEETING
In this meeting, we gather our team of experts, which consists of a CPA, an attorney, and other experts in the specific areas, to discuss the client's situation and provide recommendations. Our business management team then reviews the suggestions and incorporates them into a business management plan for discussion with the entrepreneur in regular progress meetings.
05. DEVELOPMENT MEETING
In order to ensure we are on track to achieve our common goals, members of the team hold regular progress meetings periodically to share updates, discuss business management topics, and any review overall financial performance.
