DUE DILIGENCE

• Develop criteria or a set of criteria for evaluating, analyzing, or assessing specific institutions or individuals.
• Create questionnaires or questionnaire cards to collect information about businesses or institutions in a simple and concise manner.
• Set up an interview session or conduct an interview with the board of management or board of directors of the companies you're interested in.
• To perform the analysis, recommendation, or due diligence, gather and receive material public information or non-material nonpublic information.
• Interpret and analyze financial statements, operating performance or returns, and risk related to institutions or industries where institutions do business, either directly or indirectly.
• Make earnings projections or cash flow forecasts using appropriate models before or after fundamental changes (such as M&A or getting new investment).

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

• Provide investment options such as initial public offerings (IPOs), share offerings, and disposal strategies.
• Locate and introduce a suitable target acquisition firm that meets all of the client's needs.
• Conduct research on selected enterprises, including basic information, the board of management, the board of directors, the operating status and forecast, the financial situation, market share, the distribution system and network, and other critical components.
• Assist and participate in the due diligence process for the target companies.
• Provide legal advice before to or after the start of the M&A process.
